Who regularly contributed to the APP albums?
Alan Parsons
Alan Parsons' key role was as engineer/ producer and he also contributed some of the instrumentals. Alan also performed occasionally on backing vocals, guitars and keyboards, however this was limited by the obvious fact that in the studio, you couldn't be on two sides of the control room window and Alan's main input was behind the control desk.
Eric Woolfson
As well as writing all the lyrics and the vast majority of the music, Eric Woolfson performed lead vocal on many of the hits (including Time, Eye in the Sky and Don't Answer Me) as well as the following tracks: 'Silence & I', 'Ammonia Avenue', 'Separate Lives', 'Sooner or Later', 'Same Old Sun', 'Prime Time', 'Nothing Left to Lose', 'Closer to Heaven', 'Inside Looking Out' as well as playing keyboards and singing backing vocals.
